We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $35. If your order is below $35, shipping varies based on your location and cost can be calculated at checkout.
We currently only offer standard shipping through USPS.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to orders once they have been placed. However, please email email@example.com with the subject line “Change Address” and we will do our best to help you.

The refund process will begin within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your refund request. Please allow 5-7 business days for this refund to be reflected on your statement.
Most of our products are USDA certified organic, which means that the product has 100% or over 95% organically produced ingredients in the formulation. Our single ingredient products are 100% organic while our formulated products contain over 95% organic ingredients. Please refer to our ingredient label for all certified organic and non-organic ingredients.
USDA Organic is a labeling term that indicates that food and other agricultural ingredients have been produced through approved methods. Organic operations must demonstrate that they protect natural resources, conserve biodiversity, foster the cycling of resources, and promote ecological balance. The USDA organic seal verifies that irradiation, sewage sludge, synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, genetically modified organisms, and other prohibited chemicals were not used to produce organic crops. If certified organic is not possible, we will make the most natural product possible. We always want to be transparent, which means putting all our certifications and ingredients on our product labels. The cruelty-free label ensures that we only test on happy humans, never on animals, at every step of our formulation – from the growth and harvesting of ingredients, to the manufacturing of the final product. The vegan label ensures that the product contains no animal ingredients or by-products, does not use animal ingredients or by-products in the manufacturing process and there is no testing on animals by any company or independent contractor.
Most of our products are vegan. However, any product containing manuka honey or beeswax is not vegan. These products are: Tinted and Organic Beeswax Lip Balms, Yellow and White Beeswax Pellets, Youth Boost Revitalizing Face Scrub, Youth Boost Moisturizing Marula Face Lotion and Youth Boost Antioxidant Day Serum and Men’s Exfoliating Face Wash.
Our products are simply formulated and can be safe for pregnant or nursing women. However, we always suggest checking with your doctor before using any new products while pregnant or nursing.
We look very closely at the data collected on each product to determine its shelf life and establish the period after opening (POA/open jar symbol). This is part of our commitment to ensuring product safety. You can find the open jar symbol on the back of each product label. Use these tips to help maximize the shelf life and safety of your product:
-If a product becomes dry, throw it away.
-Do not add water or saliva to moisten a product because that will introduce bacteria into the product
-Do not share your products
-Keep containers and applicators clean and closed securely
-Store products properly in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight, heat, humidity, and excess moisture

We are proud to say that we globally source the best and highest quality ingredients to power our skin and hair. Most of our products are formulated, bottled and shipped out from our facilities around the US. However, we have a select few products that are manufactured and shipped outside the US, where they are sourced. Please refer to the product’s labels for specific ingredients and manufacturing details
Our single ingredient power players are 100% pure and retrieved through a process of cold pressing rather than being chemically extracted so that our product is free of any potential irritants that can be harmful to our farmers, our planet and you!
Yes! We use safe, naturally derived preservatives. If a formula contains any water, even in the form of aloe vera juice, a preservative must be included to maintain freshness, guarantee shelf life and prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and mold.
Absolutely! Because we use pure, raw and unrefined ingredients in our formulations, the color can appear slightly different from bottle to bottle. This is totally normal and does not have any effect on the quality or efficacy of the product.
All our body butters are 100% raw, unrefined and in a solid form. To soften them for use, we recommend scraping the desired amount needed and warming it up between your hands before applying. To soften it even further, add a few drops of your favorite oil into the mix.
It is completely normal if your Shea Butter arrives or becomes a bit grainy after using it! Our Shea Butter is 100% raw and unrefined, and free of any ingredient that typically helps prevent this from happening. If the graininess bothers you, just melt your butter and place it in the fridge until it hardens completely.
To help break down the oil, massage a bit of shampoo on your hair/scalp while it’s still dry then rinse out with water.
All of our products in glass components can be easily recyclable. We are currently working towards 100% recyclable packaging and implementing more sustainable practices for all our products.

The Glycerin used in our products is derived from either Flax, Coconut, or Sunflower.
The Lecithin used in our products is derived from Sunflower.
The aloe used in our aloe vera gel is decolorized. This process removes the color and aloin from the aloe juice. Most safety concerns with aloin come from orally ingesting. Sky Organics Aloe Vera Gel is for topical use only.
Zinc Oxide Powder is known to have UV-protection properties when appropriately formulated. However, given you cannot test to verify the effectiveness and safety of your DIY, this can be a tricky process. We strongly advise consulting with your dermatologist or physician to determine what is right for you.
Some of our products such as Vitamin E Oil Blend and Organic Bug Spray do contain ingredients derived from soybean oil. These ingredients serve essential functions within our formulas. People with soy sensitivities might consider patch-testing before using or avoid using the product altogether.
Some of our products contain nut oils or butters. These products include Organic Argan Oil, Organic Almond Oil, Organic Coconut Oil + Vitamin E, Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Fractionated Coconut Oil, Organic Shea Butter, Cocoa Butter, Africa Black Soap, Dead Sea Mud Mask, Organic Beeswax Lip Balms, Tinted Lip Balms, Holiday Lip Balms, Essential Scalp Elixir, Blemish Control Purifying Face Wash, Youth Boost Makeup Cleansing Oil, Youth Boost Moisturizing Green Tea Face Wash, Men’s Everyday Face Wash, Men’s Do-It-All Beard Balm and the entire Curl Care Collection. Research has shown that shea, cocoa, and coconut are not the same as nut oils—they are not a part of the tree- or ground-nut families. However, there have been reports that shea can trigger an allergic reaction after repeated use for some with allergies. Therefore, we always encourage customers who have known allergies to consult a doctor and do a patch test before using any product.
We do not add ingredients known to have gluten. However, none of our products are certified gluten-free. We encourage customers who have known allergies to consult a doctor or do a patch test before using any product.
The color in our tinted lip balms is from mineral pigments comprised of mica, iron oxide, and titanium dioxide.

While we pride ourselves on making products with high-quality ingredients, we understand everyone's skin is unique, therefore, we strongly encourage customers to patch test any new product before use.
We appreciate your concern and are more than happy to provide some clarity on bitter almond oil as an ingredient. We conduct thorough research on every ingredient used in our products and research shows that bitter almond oil is harmful when ingested but when used topically in a low concentration, it can actually help maintain healthy skin due to the antioxidants and fatty acids that are present. Bitter almond oil consists of benzaldehyde and hydrogen cyanide while maintaining similar components to sweet almond oil. Cyanide is released from natural substances in some fruit pits and certain plants, such as cassava, lima beans, and almonds. We add this ingredient to our products as a fragrance to provide a pleasant aroma and as such, it is used in a very low concentration. Our products that contain bitter almond oil are: Youth Boost Antioxidant Day Serum, Youth Boost Moisturizing Marula Face Lotion, Youth Boost Bakuchiol Night Serum, Youth Boost Revitalizing Face Scrub, and Youth Boost Moisturizing Green Tea Face Wash.
