Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at help@skyorganics.com within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Returns:
- You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery. If 30 calendar days have gone by since the delivery date, then we will not offer you a return, refund, or an exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please note, shipping costs are NOT included.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be reflected on your account statement.
Exchanges (if applicable):
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at help@skyorganics.com.
- Please note, shipping costs are NOT included.
